Build Your Canadian Business From Anywhere.
You do not have to live in Canada to explore establishing a Canadian business. We help international entrepreneurs understand business structure, registration, CRA setup, accounting requirements and ongoing Canadian compliance.
Registering a Canadian company does not create immigration status, residency or guaranteed banking approval.

FAQ
Non-resident questions, answered honestly
Can a non-resident own a Canadian company?
Yes. Non-residents can own shares in a Canadian corporation. Ontario corporations have no director residency requirement; federal corporations generally require 25% Canadian-resident directors.
Do I need a Canadian director?
Not for an Ontario corporation. If you incorporate federally, at least 25% of directors must be Canadian residents.
Does incorporation give me Canadian immigration status?
No. Registering a Canadian company does not create residency, citizenship, a visa or work authorization. Immigration matters must go through a licensed immigration professional.
Can a Canadian company open Stripe or a bank account?
Many Canadian corporations use Canadian payment processors and banks, but approval is decided by each institution on its own criteria. We prepare complete, professional corporate records to support your application — we cannot guarantee approval.
Do I need a Canadian address?
A corporation needs an address for corporate records and CRA correspondence. We coordinate registered-office services where available.
How is Canadian corporate tax calculated for non-residents?
A Canadian corporation pays Canadian corporate tax on its income regardless of where the shareholders live. Distributions to non-resident shareholders may attract withholding tax, often reduced by treaty. We plan this before you take money out.
Do I have to travel to Canada?
No. Registration, CRA setup and accounting onboarding are handled remotely with electronic documents.
How long does the whole setup take?
Ontario registration is usually one to two business days. CRA accounts and accounting setup typically complete within one to two weeks depending on responses and requirements.
