Why Build The Accounting Doc?
After years of working inside sophisticated financial organizations, Salman saw a significant gap in the market.
Large organizations had access to structured financial reporting, sophisticated accounting systems, budgets, forecasts, internal controls and experienced financial leadership. Most entrepreneurs did not.
Small and growing businesses were often receiving bookkeeping and tax compliance, but very little insight into what their numbers actually meant.
The Accounting Doc was co-founded to help close that gap. The objective is straightforward: give entrepreneurs access to better accounting, clearer financial information and more informed financial decision-making, without requiring them to build an entire internal finance department.
