Problems we solve
Where the money is usually leaking
You can't tell dispensary profit from front-store profit
We separate revenue streams and cost of goods so you can see script margin, front-store margin and true store contribution — monthly, not at year-end.
Inventory is a black box
We build an inventory and COGS process that ties to your wholesaler statements, so shrink and pricing problems show up while you can still fix them.
You're buying or selling a store
We review the numbers behind the deal: normalized earnings, script count value, inventory adjustments, working capital and the financing package your lender will ask for.

FAQ
Pharmacies: your questions
How much will this cost?
Monthly accounting starts from $299/month and is priced on transaction volume, payroll, entities and complexity. Use the instant pricing calculator for an indicative range, then we confirm an exact fixed price after a short review.
Do you work with multi-location pharmacy owners?
Yes. We handle per-store reporting plus a consolidated view, intercompany balances and owner-level tax planning across the group.
Can you handle HST when some sales are exempt?
Yes. Prescription sales and front-store sales are treated differently for HST. We configure your point-of-sale mapping so filings are correct and defensible.
Do you help with pharmacy acquisitions?
We provide accounting-side acquisition analysis: quality of earnings review, inventory and working capital adjustments, and lender-ready projections. Legal and valuation opinions stay with your lawyer and valuator.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. We handle the transition, request prior-year files and CRA access, review what was filed, and flag anything that needs to be corrected before we take over your filings.
Do you provide audits?
No. The Accounting Doc does not provide audit or assurance engagements. We focus on accounting, bookkeeping, tax, compliance, business registration, reporting and advisory services within the scope of our professional services.
